A parking lot for a business is built heavier than a driveway at the house. Residential and commercial work runs under one company, and the steps are the same either way.
We come out, look at the site, measure it and give you an estimate. The site gets graded for drainage first, then the stone base goes down and gets compacted. Hot mix asphalt is laid with our own paver, rollers and dump trucks, then compacted while it is hot. We tell you how to look after the new pavement, and we can plan sealcoating for later.

Hot mix asphalt goes down with our paver and gets rolled while it is hot. Edges are cut clean and tie-ins are kept flush.
We tell you how long to stay off the new pavement and how to look after it. Where a lot calls for it, we schedule the striping or the sealcoat.
